Car was sent here under warranty thru Silverrock auto and Fino had my car so long it eventually bankrupted me I couldn't afford to pay the 2 week car note and the rentals every week fino did nothing but damage my car even used duct tape on my engine repair contacted silverrock and Aamco corporate office and nobody cared to help me. Fino also tired to charge me a $100 deposit and when he failed to scam that money out of me he told my warranty company he had to make repair on my new engine that the warranty didn't cover first the price was $140 charged to me and them it went up to $160. If my warranty company sent a broken engine it should have been returned instead fino with no authorization did work on the engine and then tried to charge me then kept calling me saying the car was ready to be picked up and that I needed to convince my warranty company to pay. The engine was never fixed properly and exterior and interior damage was done by fino which he won't fix he blames it on the tow company but my tow trucks go thru my insurance and none of them reported any damage being done to my car.

Transmission job they did i had to bring it back to them 2 times to be corrected. My fuel filter job i had to bring back to them 4 times and still haven't got that straightened out. I finally just went and got my truck back from and I'll drive it as is. I would never recommend this shop for any type of service.

They've had my SUV for over 3 years now and tried to tell me that the warranty was over on the transmission that they sold me that I haven't been able to drive for 500 miles total throughout the years because they never repaired it correctly and they still have it to this day, I've had to rent cars for months at a time because of this and I took a hit on my business because of I have a delivery service which I was using the SUV for and no one has been able to locate the history of our dealings each time I go to them it's always under new management and new staff and people who are not knowledgeable about what's going on with my vehicle I will highly recommend that no one deal with this company and that you find other options before you try them this have to be a last resort by all means mind you they sold me the transmission it never work correctly it was under warranty and they try to tell me that it wasn't their responsibility luckily I had the records the text messages and phone calls to prove my case to even be at this point very unprofessional

Stopped the Aamco (on Northland blvd) today because my transmission light came on. Three very nice gentlemen listen to my concerns and checked my vehicle out. Today this service was gifted freely to me and I believe that our community support of Aamco will be vital to our "pay it forward" mentallity. Brandon was kind, demonstarated great customer service skill, and concern for me and my safety. I am greatful to find out things are misfiring. Small problem to fix. They provide other services stop by.

If you are experiencing transmission issues, I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to AAMCO Transmission at 370 Northland Blvd, Cincinnati, Ohio. Despite being a transmission repair specialist, their service has been far from satisfactory. In my case, they returned my car in worse condition than when I dropped it offβon multiple occasions. My first experience with AAMCO was in February 2024, when I brought my car in for slipping transmission issues. They kept my car from February 27th to March 22nd. During this time, Tito repeatedly promised specific completion dates, only to push them back multiple times. Eventually, he admitted that the first transmission they installed was faulty and required replacement. Communication was poor throughout; I only received updates when I called, and their calls to me were primarily attempts to upsell services. After numerous calls and threats of legal action, Tito offered to reimburse me $237 for Uber expenses incurred during the last week of delays. However, this was a fraction of the $312.88 I spent on Ubers and the $748.75 I spent on car rentals. Unfortunately, the issues didnβt end there. Anticipating further problems, I purchased
